The HR System - Human Resources
The Human Resources System implemented by us provides a number of functionalities supporting the work of the entire HR department. The most frequently implemented modules are:
- holidays management and planning
- employee evaluation
- monthly and annual payslips
- exchange of information between the supervisor and the employee
- mass (corporate) communication
Bearing in mind that every company manages personnel in their own way, the system does not impose ready-made solutions, but rather tries to include proven methods in the implemented system.
