The Transport Platform is a solution that makes both work and communication easier for supply chain participants. A typical buyer who is the target user of such software is a multi-division, average or big shipping company (manufacturers, exporters, logistic operators, ports, logistic centers). With a modular design, the system is characterized by a high level of adjustment to the Client's needs. The implementation of the Transport Platform, in most case, does not require any investment in hardware on the part of the client. Geocoding and Geofencing
A combination of cartography and information technologies opens up new unique opportunities. Geolocation can be used both in effective management and in creating dynamic analytical tools. An online preview of sales data in the form of a choropleth map or tracking vehicles in real time are just some of the potential applications of geocoding in a modern IT system. A combination of data concerning the geographic location of the outlets visited by the company's employees can allow notification about any upcoming events. Geofencing, namely use of information on the location of objects within a designated area, creates a potential to predict any upcoming events. In this way, the system can send a text message to the people concerned, for example that the supplier will be on site in 5 minutes and one should prepare for the goods collection.
Manufacturing companies, warehouses, logistic centers
Time windows is software for businesses that need to arrange and optimally plan storehouses' and storekeepers' working time. The system allows the supplier to sign up for loading and unloading operations in free time windows. A contractor sees available hours in the system and chooses the convenient time from among them. Then, they plan their own transport process as necessary to be at the destination on time. Warehouse employees do not have to devote time to the organization of the schedule, records and responding to unexpected events. Time Slots system does it automatically. Access to the system is granted to both the shipping company and the carriers performing orders. In this way, the warehouse organization guarantees even occupancy of the loading ramps and elimination of lorry queues at the warehouse. The entire notification process (stating of the vehicle, the driver's first and last name and choice of a free time window) takes less than a minute. With several channels of communication with the system available (website, e-mail reminders and SMS text notifications), any events reach the participants of the process at an express pace. Such an event can be any disturbance of the standard process, such as for example a breakdown or unavailability of the goods/space at the sender's. Customer Relationship Management
The times when any contacts with Clients were recorded only in notebooks, on cards, yellow 3M cards or salesmen's memory are long gone. Today, the value for business is information itself, making customer relation management systems (CRM) very popular in recent years. They offer an advantage being the fact that each contact, each Client's action and reaction is recorded in the system and information is retained by the Company even after the employee's departure. All authorized Company's employees have access to these data, in real time, resulting in each of them relying not only on their experience with the given Client but also on their colleagues' experience.
Receivables, delays in repayments, reliability of business partners.
The primary task of the Debt Recovery System is to conduct efficient recovery processes. The processes can be divided into two main groups. The first one are those that are realized according to strictly defined scenarios (rules). Here we are dealing with exactly defined actions, their time, sequence, etc. The second group of cases are proceedings carried out individually. In these cases, it is the debt collector who determines what action to take and in which time.
Both internal (in-house) collection can be conducted, and collection commissioned to external companies and courts can be monitored in the system. Each action is recorded and the history of a given case can always be checked. We can check chronologically how the entire process proceeded, phones, meetings, notes, documents, etc.
The software is most often equipped with the reminders module. It greatly facilitates the users' work and prevents situations where a part of the process is skipped and debt collection is extended. Each logged employee receives information about the actions he or she is expected to perform on the given day.
An important thing is to ensure exchange of information between all IT systems in the company. Therefore, the debt recovery software has been equipped with interfaces facilitating integration with almost any business software. With data exchange, other departments in the company have access to the information on the contractor's credibility and, based on that, can make the decision to continue cooperation. It is also possible to go a step further, namely block selected operations with unreliable business partners (blocking module).
Using its own knowledge base, the Debt Recovery System hints in sufficient advance which contractor can be put on the "black list" in the nearest future and, as a result, the users can avoid unnecessary risks.
